Refund policy

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of fragrance decants, and for hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, all sales are final.

Atomic Sillage specializes in authentic fragrance decants intended for sampling and personal evaluation. Because these products are purchased specifically to test or experience a scent, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

We cannot resell returned decants under any circumstances.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund items only if:

  • The product arrives damaged in transit

  • The wrong item was shipped

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  1. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. You must provide:

    • Clear photos of the packaging and product

    • Unedited video of the full unboxing, beginning before the shipping seal is broken

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package

  • The opening process

  • The contents inside

  • Any visible damage or leakage

Claims submitted without proper video documentation may be denied.


Shipping Issues

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Atomic Sillage is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate.


Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank
