Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may extend slightly. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note: delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping speed

Any applicable shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

Atomic Sillage is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Orders returned due to address errors

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Atomic Sillage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We recommend selecting a secure delivery location.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and product

  • Provide a full, unedited video of the unboxing beginning before the package is opened

Claims without proper documentation may not be approved.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

Atomic Sillage is not responsible for customs delays or fees imposed by destination countries.


Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • High-volume holiday periods
